Law Reform and Sentencing Advisory Council
The ACT Law Reform Advisory Council ceased to operate in November 2018, the Law Reform and Sentencing Advisory Council has since replaced it.

The ACT Government's Directorate's Legislation and Policy Branch is the main area responsible for advising Government on options for changes to existing laws and development of new laws and policy in the justice and community safety portfolio.
