Selecting items in Brief Display

If you would like to export more than one record there are a number of ways you can do this in Primo.

Begin by entering your search terms.

With your Brief Results displayed you can use the following methods to select items for bulk application of actions:

Individual Selection

Select the checkbox that appears next to each item on the list.

Page Selection

On the Brief Results page only, select the check box that appears above the results to select all items on the page. After loading another page of results, you can select this box again to include that page's items in the export.

Top 50 Selection

On the Brief Results page only, select an item or all items, and then select Choose Top 50 Results to select a maximum 50 records in the list.

Note: on the Brief Results page only, the number of selections is limited to a maximum of 50 items. If this limit is reached, users are prompted to edit their selections.

Selecting items from My Favourites

To select saved records please make sure have signed into Primo.

Click on your name in the top right of the screen and select My Favorites from My Library Record. Navigate to the Saved Records tab to see the list of your previously saved records from Primo.

Select the check box that appears above the list to select all saved records, or individually to curate your list for exporting.
