Monographs. Don't let the word deter you. It simply refers to a work contained with a single volume, and is really just a fancy librarian's term for a book. We use it to differentiate books from journals (also known as serials or periodicals).
Electronic books (e-books), are digital versions of books. These are designed to be read on a computer, tablet, or phone screen.
