ANU authors are eligible for APC discounts for some publishers, listed below.

MDPI

ANU authors receive a 10% discount on the APCs for any paper published in an MDPI journal. Note that only one discount through an Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP) scheme is permitted per paper, and the discount cannot be combined with other available discounts (e.g., discount vouchers, or society membership discounts). Royal Society of Chemistry

In 2023 and 2024 ANU authors are eligible for a 15% discount on APCs for all journals. The discount is automatically applied to  APCs upon acceptance of an article where the corresponding author uses their ANU email address.

ScienceDirect/Elsevier

ANU authors are eligible for a 15% discount on core Hybrid or Gold APCs for articles outside of the RAP agreement. The article must be accepted during the 2023 calendar year, and corresponding authors must identify ANU as their institution.
