The UN Dag Hammarskjöld Library in New York and the Library of the UN Office at Geneva have created a digital collection providing access to the English and French versions of the meeting records and reports of the various bodies that worked to develop the declaration.

The United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Library's oral history collection consists of a series of interviews with eminent persons and serving and former staff members of United Nations recorded over many years. The interviews cover a wide range of major world events and issues.

The interviews shed light on the history of the founding of the Organization and its important role in conflict resolution since 1945. They also provide a wealth of information for scholars and the media to illuminate the activities of the United Nations during turbulent periods in world history for research and public awareness

The Historic Archives contain a wealth of information about a large selection of legal instruments. Each entry contains an introduction prepared by an eminent international law scholar or practitioner, information on its procedural history and related documents, as well as the text and status of the instrument. Each instrument is accompanied by available audiovisual materials,such as film footage, audio recordings or photos, relating to its negotiation and adoption.

The Lecture Series is a permanent collection of lectures on many aspects of international law.

The Research Library provides an extensive online library of international law materials, including treaties, jurisprudence, United Nations documents, Yearbooks, legal publications and selected scholarly writings, as well as international law training materials.
