As an aspect of the change-oriented characteristic of transdisciplinary problem solving (see ANU Framework for Transdisciplinary Problem Solving), research implementation is one key component of achieving the ANU graduate attribute Capability to Employ Discipline-based Knowledge in Transdisciplinary Problem Solving.

Research implementation (change-oriented)

It is important that change in policy or practice (in government, business or civil society) is based on the best – or at least good – research evidence. The focus here is therefore on how research evidence can be used to effectively inform change in policy or practice. 

An important subtopic is assessing evidence.
