Document Supply Service

What is Document Supply Service and how do I use it?

The Document Supply Service (DSS) is a way for ANU staff and students to request materials from other libraries.

To request an item:

  1. search the catalogue to see if the ANU Library holds the item, and Trove to see if the resource is available locally
  2. request a journal article via ArticleReach
  3. request all other items via the DSS portal
    • log in using your ANU ID and password, and follow the prompts.

Copies will be emailed whenever possible. Loaned items can be picked up from your preferred ANU Library branch, or eligible users can select an off campus location for pickup within Australia

Visit the Document Supply Service webpage for more details, including timing, costs and contact details.
