Accessing IT Services

There is a computer lab in the Law Library, as well as wireless network coverage throughout the building.

You can log into any computer in the Information Commons using your ANU ID and password. You must always log out when you have finished using the computer, or when you leave a lab, regardless of your time away from the computer. Logging out secures your central file space from unauthorised access.

Please remember to label your USB so that it can be identified if it's left in a computer.

ANU Service Desk
The Service Desk provides IT support for all ANU staff and students. To request support, login using your ANU ID and password.
Wireless access on campus
ANU Secure is provided across all ANU campuses. ANU students and staff can connect to ANU Secure using their ANU ID and password.
Remote Access
The ANU reverse proxy system allows remote access to ANU resources from off campus.
Identity Manager / Changing your password
To reset your password, navigate to identity.anu.edu.au
Email access
ANU email addresses are created automatically for students. All ANU Library email correspondence is sent to this account.
Forwarding your email
Students can forward their ANU email to another address by going to Options/See all options/Connected Accounts.
