- Every installation of EndNote comes with a Getting Started guide including an extensive EndNoteWinHelp (C:\Program Files\EndNoteX7) or EndNoteMacHelp (Applications/EndNoteX7) file
- Log in to ANU Online (using your ANU ID and password). If necessary, search for EndNote. Accept to be enrolled and you will find files to install EndNote on your private computer. There are additional Style, Connection and Filter files and other useful information.
- The EndNote website includes extensive help options.
- Alternatively, you could join an EndNote Users Group on Facebook.
