Official documents

The Official Documents (OD) collection of the ANU Library includes material in printed, microform and electronic format. Coverage includes parliamentary debates and papers, census and statistical material, United Nations collection, the Australian Bureau of Statistics collection and CD-ROM products.

Where are Official Documents located?

Items in the Official Documents collection are listed in the online public access catalogue, with locations "Chifley OD" or "Menzies OD", and are divided as follows:

  • J.B. Chifley building (Level 1) - Australia and New Zealand, North and South America, Europe, Africa.
  • R.G. Menzies building - East Asia, South East Asia, South Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East, Pacific Islands, United Nations documents.

Selected Official Documents are held at the Law Library and the ANU Print Repository.

Official Documents may be borrowed for one week by ANU staff, postgraduates and full year honours students only.

Government publications online are also available.
