Australian case citators are important research tools for finding cases by topic. They provide references and links to reported and unreported judgments and also indicate relationships between cases, helping determine their precedent value.
A single series of law reports exisits that specifically reports evidence cases.
A number of textbooks include case extracts, and the online commentaries, Cross on Evidence, ABC of Evidence and Australian Uniform Evidence Law, include case references and links.
